Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2021 Health Care Program, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. Please review our NHL US League 2021 Benefits Guide.
If you are not making any changes to your current medical, dental or vision elections - no action is required
You must enroll to participate in the Flexible Spending Account(s) in 2021 or to contribute to your HSA (if you elect the Choice Fund HSA Plan) in 2021. Your current election will not carry over to 2021.
Benefits Overview
- New ID cards - CIGNA has partnered with ExpressScripts and we will get new ID cards. Check your mail regularly or Register at www.mycigna.com on or after Dec 15 to retrieve your new ID card.
- Review all your benefits plans and options
- Consider the Choice Fund HSA, which is a high deductible health plan that offers the lowest contributions and the ability to set up a tax-advantage Health Savings Account (HSA), if you are eligible
- Save money by making pre-tax contributions to the Healthcare FSA (Full or Limited Purpose) and /or Dependent Care FSA
- If you are not enrolled in an NHL medical plan, you can decide to elect NHL dental coverage.
How To Enroll
- Visit https://sso.dayforcehcm.com/nhl to review your current coverage and enroll or modify your elections for 2021. You will login to Dayforce using your NHL email address, LINK Password and Multi-factor Authentication thru Centrify.
- After you login, you will be prompted to create your own personal password.
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by November 6th, 2020. Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2021 if you don't make a new election.
- To participate in a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account in 2021, you must make an active election, even if you're already participating in 2020.
- Your current election for the Flexible Spending Account (s) will not carry over into 2021. If you would like to participate in a Flexible Spending (s) in 2021 you MUST enroll via DayForce by 5:00pm, November 6th, 2020
